Since early 2007, the Distressed Property Real Estate Market has grown to levels never seen before. Distressed property sales now account for roughly a third of all real estate transactions nationwide. This unfortunate circumstance has brought upon the need for educated mortgage professionals to finance both short sale transactions and other distressed properties such as bank owned properties. Since 2007, Lepizzera and Laprocina (LepLap) has educated thousands of Real Estate Agents and Mortgage Professionals across the country regarding the proper short sale process as it pertains to their client’s needs. This has given the birth to our educational entity The LepLap Institute along with The Real Estate Edge Training Academy.
